Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Director-Project Controls to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successful client delivery and managing project control teams.

The role will lead project controls services for major client accounts and contribute to broader business initiatives as needed, with on-site requirements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant project controls experience.
• 2+ years leading high-performing project control teams in a consulting environment.
• Experience with multiple contract delivery methods.
• Proven track record in schedules, cost control, estimating and risk management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute the high-level strategic direction of project controls including cost management, risk management, and schedule management.
• Lead the project budget approval process.
• Lead risk workshops with the project team to identify risks and mitigation actions.
• Develop and submit for approval project implementation plans and budgets.
• Produce regular project reporting and project gateway documentation.
• Develop project guidelines and protocols for cost reduction initiatives and diversity compliance.
