Hammes seeks a Senior Project Executive to lead healthcare project execution, leveraging a strong development process knowledge and proven PM track record. You will drive feasibility, budgeting, design direction and negotiations with GC/CM teams, ensuring successful delivery from vision through construction.

Ideal candidates hold a related bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in healthcare projects, with proficiency in MS Office and E-Builder.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred, with 8+ years of healthcare project management experience.
• Demonstrates professionalism and performance in planning, design, preconstruction, cost control and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to executives and clients.

Mansioni

• Lead feasibility analysis and project visioning with client senior management.
• Direct A/E selection, contract negotiations and consultant coordination.
• Manage design development, cost control, budgeting and monthly reporting.
• Oversee procurement, delivery and installation of equipment and furnishings.
• Provide construction administration in line with company policies and manuals.
• Prepare client presentations and project status reporting for executives.
