Responsibilities

• Manage site and office safety, overseeing project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and personnel.
• Handle project buy-out, procurement scheduling, and risk communication.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of Prime Contracts and contract types

Cost control, budgeting, billing, forecasting

Knowledge of building aspects: site work, structure, finishes

Proficient use of database information flow/costing software

Advanced computer skills with MS Office

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM software

Strategic proficiency in authoring RFIs and submittals

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Typically eight years of experience managing complex construction projects

Proven experience managing OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare construction projects in California

LEED AP and/or GA preferred

OSHA 10 certification required
