Job summary

Abbott Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple healthcare construction projects from concept to closeout. You will oversee project engineers, interface with owners and architects, and drive safety and on-time delivery across concurrent projects.

The role requires a construction-related degree and 5–10 years' PM and estimating experience, with a strong focus on process discipline and clear communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree in a construction related major.
• Minimum 5-10 years' project management experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years' estimating experience.
• Healthcare and fast-paced construction managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong focus on processes, ownership, and communicating difficult news when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload of project engineers.
• Primary interface with owner and architect.
• Maintain a high level of safety on site.
• Improve project margins with the Superintendent.
• Ensure projects meet contract completion dates.
