Job summary

Abbott Construction LLC in Seattle, WA seeks a Project Manager to estimate and manage multiple projects from concept to closeout. You will lead project engineers, interface with owners and architects, and maintain a sharp focus on safety and schedule.

The role requires 5–10 years of PM and estimating experience, a 4-year construction degree, and proven ability to manage healthcare/fast-paced projects. A target bonus is available and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug test and comply with our company vehicle safety program
• Minimum 5-10 years’ project management experience
• Minimum 5-10 years’ estimating experience
• Previous healthcare and fast-paced construction managing multiple projects concurrently

Responsibilities

• Manage workload of project engineers
• Primary interface with owner and architect
• Maintain a high level of safety
• Work with the Superintendent to enhance project margins
• Ensure projects are completed on or before the contract completion date
• Ensure projects are built per approved plans and specs
• Ensure accounts receivable are current and projects billed
• Provide job cost/margin forecasts
• Manage maintenance of RFI, COP and submittal logs
• Close out projects within 30 days of completion
• Provide all pertinent information to the construction team
