Job summary

Abbott Construction seeks a Project Manager to estimate and manage projects from concept through closeout. You will run multiple projects, ensuring safety, adherence to plans, and on-time completion while maximizing margins.

The role requires 5–10 years in project management and estimating in healthcare construction, plus a 4-year construction degree. Strong leadership and MS Project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test and comply with our vehicle safety program.
• 4 year degree in a construction related major.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ project management experience.
• Minimum 5-10 years’ estimating experience with healthcare and fast-paced construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload of project engineers.
• Primary interface with owner and architect.
• Maintain a high level of safety.
• Work with the Superintendent to enhance project margins.
• Ensure projects are completed by the contract date.
• Ensure builds comply with plans and specs.
