Job summary

Davenergy Solutions in Tuskegee, AL seeks a Project Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades Program at the Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System.

The role requires onsite construction observation, coordination, documentation, and QA support within an active medical campus environment. Four years in construction management and a related degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, IT, Electronics Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in construction management, inspection, quality control, or related construction support services.

Responsibilities

• Perform field observations to document construction progress and contract conformance.
• Monitor progress and upcoming work activities for project team review.
• Assist with shutdown planning and coordination with facilities personnel and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily reports documenting progress, site conditions and events.
• Maintain organized project documentation including inspection reports and correspondence.
• Assist with punch list development, deficiency tracking, and closeout activities.
• Assist with change orders documentation and field verification.
• Coordinate or witness inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Support site safety efforts through field observations and coordination with the Site Safety Manager.
