Job summary

SIRIS LLC in Alabama is seeking comprehensive Project Management and Construction Management support for the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades at the Tuskegee VA Medical Center. The contractor will act as an extension of the VA project team and assist the COR throughout construction. The work includes managing schedule, budget, documentation, and coordination with VA personnel, A/E teams, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years directly related to field construction activities, quality assurance, and contractor performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• General Contractor and subcontractor field operations.

Responsibilities

• Project management and construction oversight for EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades.
• Schedule and budget monitoring and progress reporting.
• Change management, submittal and RFI coordination, inspections and testing.
