Job summary

Davenergy Solutions seeks a Project Manager for the Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHCS) in Tuskegee, AL. The role supports EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades as the Owner’s Representative, providing on-site construction observation and quality assurance within an active medical campus.

The position requires multi-disciplinary coordination, strong documentation, and the ability to work within an occupied facility, ensuring safety and compliance throughout construction activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction management, IT, electronics engineering, architecture or related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in construction management, inspection, quality control, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Perform field observations to document construction progress and site conditions.
• Monitor and document progress and potential delays for review by the Project Manager and VA team.
• Assist with shutdown planning and coordination with facilities personnel and stakeholders.
• Prepare daily reports documenting progress and significant events.
• Maintain organized project documentation including inspection reports and correspondence.
• Assist with punch list development, deficiency tracking, and closeout activities.
• Assist with field verification and documentation related to change orders.
• Assist with coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Support safety efforts through field observations with the Site Safety Manager.
