We are seeking a full-time Project Manager at the Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHCS) in Tuskegee, AL. This position serves as the Owner’s Representative supporting the Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) Infrastructure Upgrades Program. The Construction Manager will provide onsite construction observation, coordination, documentation, and quality assurance support for infrastructure upgrades and renovation work within an active medical campus environment.
Must be able to see, hear, walk, drive, climb, reach, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be prepared to encounter all construction site conditions, including noise, dust, heights, odors, and enclosed spaces, and be physically capable of traversing sites with unstable footing, stairs, rough terrain, adverse weather, ladders, roofs, and other mobility-challenging conditions. Must possess the physical ability to take measurements, perform tests comparing in-place work to contract requirements, and observe work activities throughout the course of construction.
