Job summary

Austin Commercial is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent for our North Texas division to provide direction and control of daily field construction activities on assigned job sites. This role may lead a project or oversee a portion of a larger project, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality targets are met.

You will work closely with the project manager, plan layout, allocate resources, and supervise field teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Lead and mentor field teams to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Strong safety mindset and enforcement of safety plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field construction activities on assigned jobsite.
• Ensure overall safety and implement safety plans.
• Coordinate with project manager on scheduling, manpower, and equipment needs.
• Plan site layout, logistics, and utilities.
• Direct field engineers on survey and dimensional control.
• Monitor quality and progress, addressing deficiencies promptly.
