• Ability to complete daily records, logs, time sheets, and required reports.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule work for the group, including Duke and contract labor, ensuring proper staffing and resources.
• Provide project management for projects requiring direct supervision of construction and maintenance activities.
• Inspect completed work for code compliance and coordinate rework or modifications as needed.
• Schedule inspections with City of Durham inspectors as required.
• Apply safety regulations and PPE procedures across tasks.
• Layout, assemble, and install systems in Medical Center buildings per blueprints and codes.
• Interpret plans and specifications to estimate and install construction projects.
• Ensure training of employees and contract labor and maintain a safe work environment.

Education
