Qualifications

• 3+ years construction administration or construction management experience.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction terminology.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to worksites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the construction administration phase on projects of all sizes, in collaboration with project teams.
• Process field observations, submittals, RFIs, ASIs and pay applications in a timely manner.
• Represent Dekker in construction progress meetings and conduct field observations.
• Provide oversight for reviews and responses completed by other team members as appropriate.
• Inform Project Manager of major issues, cost/time implications, and owner/GC concerns immediately.
• Share lessons learned with design and quality management teams.
• Build and maintain favorable relationships with clients, contractors and team members.
