Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required; 3+ years of compliance/QA/audit experience preferred.
• Healthcare/pharmacy compliance experience is preferred.
• Experience with payor enrollment and credentialing is preferred.
• Strong research and drafting skills for policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in HIPAA and privacy/security concepts.

• Monitor and research federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance related to pharmacy operations and HIPAA.
• Track regulatory changes and coordinate with leaders to implement new requirements.
• Develop processes to monitor contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Business Development and other stakeholders in contract review and ongoing administration.
• Facilitate contract processing, document management, approvals, revisions, signatures, and record retention.
• Support licensing renewals and credentialing across states and US territories.
• Coordinate updates to licensing/credentialing entities and NCPDP profiles.
• Develop tracking/monitoring processes for compliance with business operations and training.
