The role focuses on federal, state, and local regulations, licenses, background checks, and audits, with a detail‑oriented approach and collaboration across teams.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance or healthcare compliance.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to analyze detailed information and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience with technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Research, analyze, and interpret federal, state, and local regulatory requirements impacting healthcare staffing and business operations.
• Conduct targeted research related to requirements for healthcare professionals in various settings and jurisdictions, including licensing, background checks, and other compliance requirements.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and assess impact on organization, professionals, clients, and operations.
• Translate complex regulatory information into clear, practical guidance for internal partners.
• Assist with regulatory audits, licensing activities, and other compliance initiatives.
