Job summary

Alliance Healthcare Services in Memphis, TN, seeks a Compliance & Quality Analyst to support licensure, accreditation, and outcomes monitoring across clinical programs. The role reports to the Compliance Manager and involves policy development, staff training, and audit participation.

You will ensure adherence to CARF/CCBHC standards, participate in committee meetings, and help implement the agency's compliance and quality plans while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Healthcare-related graduate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of three years health care practice experience with healthcare software experience.
• Knowledge of reimbursement systems; federal, state, and payer-specific regulations and policies pertaining to mental health documentation, coding, and billing.
• Strong interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain working understanding and compliance with CARF, CCBHC, State licensure, CMS, OIG, and contract requirements for the agency.
• Attend TAMHO Compliance and Quality Committee meetings as requested.
• Operate from and adhere to the Alliance Strategic Plan, Compliance Plan, and quality Plan.
• Serve on internal committees related to compliance and quality; develop policies and SOPs; train supervisors and staff on policies.
• Complete agency-wide Quality Audits (QAs) and participate in external audits; analyze and report on findings.
• Oversee clinical onboarding and training for Crisis, Outpatient, and Housing staff; supervise training documentation.
• Monitor client outcomes and satisfaction surveys and contribute to quarterly/annual reports.
