Job summary

Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Compliance Program Lead to plan, implement, and maintain a system-wide compliance program across the practice. The role enforces HIPAA, billing codes, and internal policies, drives audits, and ensures ethical behavior while supporting growth.

Lead investigations, monitor regulatory changes, and provide strategic guidance to mitigate risk; strong communication and leadership are essential for a culture of integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare compliance experience.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, federal and state healthcare laws.
• Experience conducting audits and investigations.
• Ability to communicate complex compliance concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, maintain a system-wide compliance program aligned with HIPAA, billing codes, and internal policies.
• Monitor regulatory changes and lead audits and investigations as needed.
• Provide strategic guidance to align compliance with growth goals and risk mitigation.
• Develop team training on privacy, billing, and ethics to foster a culture of integrity.
• Report findings to leadership and coordinate with regulatory agencies as required.
