Job summary

Integra Partners, a Dragonfly Health company, seeks a Compliance Manager to join our Legal team. You will lead our corporate compliance program, assess risk, and report to senior leaders while coordinating with payers, providers, and internal teams to ensure CMS, HIPAA, and related regulatory adherence.

You will supervise a compliance analyst, support the privacy program, and drive improvements across audits, training, and vendor reviews in a fast-paced healthcare environment. JD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD preferred.
• Six+ years in corporate compliance or similar roles, healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong analytics, claims data analysis, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer the corporate compliance program and document initiatives.
• Develop and monitor compliance training with auditable records.
• Oversee Fraud, Waste and Abuse investigations and reporting.
• Lead calls with Payers and DME providers on issues of interest.
• Audit vendors and healthcare providers; partner with health plans on audits.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory filings are up to date.
