Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking a Lead Compliance professional to guide the Compliance Program priorities and strategies in alignment with organizational goals. You will partner with senior leaders to ensure measurable, compliant operations and mentor a team of consultants.

You will also design analytics and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and drive improvement across the enterprise, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management, including program performance improvement and adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare laws & regulations.
• Certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in the execution of the Compliance Program priorities and strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Mentor and coach Compliance Consultants and provide guidance for departmental systems and processes.
• Build analytics and reporting structure to enable ongoing measurement and monitoring.
