- 2 years Compliance/privacy experience in a healthcare setting.
- Upon hire: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
- 3 years Information Security, Health Information Management, Accreditation Services, or Revenue Cycle Services in lieu of direct Compliance/Privacy experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify compliance risks across operations and the Privacy Program.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to workflows.
- Monitor performance and investigate concerns related to compliance and privacy.
- Drive corrective actions to improve accountability and protect patient privacy.
