Job summary

Partner Company seeks a senior healthcare compliance leader to oversee end-to-end compliance for remote patient monitoring services. You will ensure adherence to Medicare billing, HIPAA, FDA regulations, and anti-kickback laws, and you will drive ongoing risk mitigation and policy improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare compliance, CHC certification or progress toward it within 12 months, and strong knowledge of CPT codes, CMS rules, and privacy frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in healthcare compliance.
• Deep knowledge of CPT codes, CMS rules, and OIG Work Plan.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; CHC certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SOPs, manage breach investigations, and implement corrective actions.
