Job summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee auditing and regulatory oversight for BayMark clinic operations. This full-time role reports to the Chief Clinical Compliance Officer and entails ensuring adherence to federal and state rules across the network.

You will perform clinical service audits, develop auditing tools, disseminate regulatory updates, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with directors. Travel 50%–70% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college; Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Nursing or Counseling licensure/certification preferred; prior.
• Experience with health-care survey processes (JCAHO, CARF, Medicare, state licensing).
• Understanding of HIPAA, and HIPAA-related standards and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain compliance with federal and state rules for clinic operations.
• Perform audits of clinical services and oversee corrective action plans.
• Disseminate regulatory updates and maintain current knowledge of rules.
• Collaborate with Chief Clinical Compliance Officer to develop policies.
• Alert management to deficiencies with potential high risk.
• Support compliance/policy development for new clinics.
• Participate in performance improvement and provide management reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
