Job summary

Arizona State Hospital seeks a Compliance Manager to coordinate with the CCO and other managers to track regulatory requirements for licensed facilities. You will conduct performance audits, develop tools, and present findings to the ASH Compliance Committee.

You will research hospital regulations (state licensing, Joint Commission, CMS), support departments with research findings, and contribute to plans of correction with the CCO and executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health related field; 4 years’ experience with regulatory agency rules, regulations, and standards.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards, CMS regulations, and state licensing rules.
• Ability to develop audit tools and conduct mock surveys.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance audits and mock surveys to evaluate regulatory compliance.
• Research hospital regulations and prepare findings for compliance committees.
• Collaborate with departments to develop plans of correction.
• Coordinate with CMS, The Joint Commission, and state surveyors during assessments.
• Facilitate contract evaluations and monitor enforcement with ADHS Procurement.
• Participate in hospital committees and rounds to ensure ongoing compliance.
