Job summary

ACCRA Management Group LLC seeks a Compliance Manager to lead Accra’s compliance program, ensuring timely regulatory responses, risk mitigation, and strong governance across the organization.

The role oversees investigations, audits, and policy updates, partnering with leaders to embed compliance into daily operations while advancing workforce development and a robust risk-management culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience or equivalent.
• Healthcare compliance certification preferred.
• Five+ years of compliance, regulatory, audit, risk management, or operations experience; leadership preferred.
• Experience implementing or optimizing systems, workflows, dashboards, or project-management processes.
• Ability to understand and discern between various levels of risk.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Accra systems.

Responsibilities

• Own intake, assignment, tracking, escalation, and completion of regulatory requests, audits, investigations, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate responses with government officials, legal counsel, operating leaders, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure regulatory submissions and documentation are accurate and timely.
• Direct and oversee investigations; ensure timely resolution and reporting.
• Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with program requirements and standards.
• Lead implementation and ongoing improvement of compliance tools and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a formal risk assessment and mitigation process with ownership and action plans.
• Design workflows, dashboards, and reporting to improve audit readiness and decision-making.
• Identify emerging compliance risks and advise leadership on mitigation options.
• Develop and update policies, training, and monitoring activities with business leaders.
• Lead and coach compliance staff; set performance expectations.
