Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in health care, accounting, or business.
• Minimum four years in healthcare compliance, privacy, HR, finance, or revenue cycle.
• CHC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and/or supports internal compliance investigations and audits.
• Develops compliance and privacy training materials and performs training.
• Provides ongoing advice and consulting resources to Management.
• Evaluates operational processes and works with area management to improve.
• Assists in the Annual Compliance Plan and risk mitigation efforts.
• Supports external auditors during the annual Financial Statement Audit.
• Leads regular compliance reviews and risk assessments.
• Presents findings and recommendations to Compliance Officer.
