GI Alliance in Southlake, TX, is seeking a Director of Compliance to oversee compliance activities across the medical practices within the network. This role provides regulatory guidance, risk management, and program development to support the overarching Compliance Program.

The successful candidate will lead audits, train staff, interpret regulatory changes, and collaborate with practice leadership to promote an ethical culture and effective controls across all markets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, law or related field.
• Three to five (3-5) years of compliance and internal investigation experience at a managerial level.
• CHC, CHCP, CCEP, or CHRC certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Function as a primary point of contact for medical practices affiliated and managed by The Specialty Alliance regarding compliance matters.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates promptly to affected stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support compliance audits, reviews, and monitoring assessments.
• Assist in developing and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance standards and best practices.
• Assist with annual training, policy and procedure development, communications, and other initiatives as directed by management.
• Chair and prepare reports for regional compliance liaison meetings.
• Partner with practice locations to manage compliance corrective action plans, when needed.
• Facilitate investigations into potential compliance concerns or violations.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
