Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Compliance Analyst to oversee federal and state regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will manage training, assessments, and reporting to support the compliance program across affiliated practices.

This role also includes screening for OIG/SAM exclusions and maintaining privacy standards. You should have a healthcare compliance background with a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field preferred or compliance certification (CHC, CPHC).
• Three (3) years of healthcare compliance functions or audit experience preferred.
• Knowledge and understanding in state and federal regulations relative to healthcare/hospitals/clinics.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain training materials educating the organization on compliance programs and policies; track completion.
• Assist in compliance assessments and remediation, track actions and follow up reviews.
• Support OIG and SAM exclusion screenings for employees, providers, and vendors.
• Develop or oversee regular reporting for the compliance team; distribute reports to leadership and committees.
• Conduct periodic reviews/monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance in affiliated practices.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Assist with risk assessment by surveying stakeholders to identify compliance risks.
• Assist with data entry into the Compliance incident management system.
• Maintain knowledge of health care compliance and privacy requirements and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
