Millennium Physician Group seeks a Compliance Medical Chart Auditor II to execute medical chart audit procedures, review documentation, test controls, and draft findings under supervision. You will support audit planning and build foundational knowledge of compliance frameworks and internal controls.

The role requires 2–4 years of experience in medical chart auditing or internal audit, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and CPC/CPMA/CRC certifications are preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–4 years of experience in compliance medical chart auditing or internal audit.
• Working knowledge of medical chart audit methodology and internal controls.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage audit documentation accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with medical chart audit tools is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• CPC, CPMA, CRC certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute assigned medical chart audit procedures, including documentation review and data testing.
• Draft medical audit findings and support preparation of audit reports.
• Maintain organized medical chart audit work papers and documentation.
• Track observation status and support follow-up on corrective actions.
• Research applicable regulations and internal policies to inform scope and testing.
• Communicate audit status and preliminary findings to senior auditors.
