Job summary

Alhambra EP, LLC is seeking a Compliance & Regulatory Audit Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, audits, and delegated oversight across the IPA/MSO environment. You will manage health plan audits, DMHC audits, pre-delegation (Pre-Del) audits, QM audits, policy and procedure compliance, corrective action plans, and ongoing regulatory readiness activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or compliance-related field.
• 3–4 years of healthcare compliance, regulatory audit, or managed care operations experience.
• Experience with DMHC audits, Pre-Del audits, QM audits, and health plan delegated audits.
• Experience reviewing regulatory requirements and coordinating audit readiness activities.
• Strong communication with health plans, auditors, and leadership; excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and compliance reporting systems; attention to detail.
• Preferred certifications: CHC, CPHQ, PMP; NCQA/CMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health plan audits (DMHC) and delegated oversight activities.
• Coordinate Pre-Delegation (Pre-Del) and Quality Management (QM) audits.
• Develop, monitor, and close corrective action plans (CAPs).
• Maintain audit reports and regulatory documentation; support regulatory readiness.
