Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with compliance program management, including performance improvement and regulatory adherence.
• Certification in healthcare compliance preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in execution of the Compliance Program priorities and strategies.
• Mentor and coach the Compliance Consultants and guide departmental systems and processes.
• Build analytics and reporting to enable ongoing measurement and monitoring.
