Stroudsburg Post Acute Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an energetic Community Liaison / Healthcare Marketer to drive census growth through outside marketing and strong referral partnerships in Carbon and Monroe Counties, PA. Qualifications

• Healthcare marketing or sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel regularly within Carbon and Monroe Counties, PA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physician offices, assisted living communities, home health agencies, senior centers, and other healthcare and community referral sources.
• Conduct regular outside marketing visits throughout Carbon and Monroe Counties.
• Identify and develop new referral sources and opportunities for census growth.
• Promote skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services throughout the community.
• Maintain consistent contact and follow-up with existing and prospective referral partners.
• Plan and participate in educational lunches, networking events, community events, and other promotional activities.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to healthcare professionals and community partners.
• Collaborate with Admissions and facility leadership to identify census needs and targeted marketing opportunities.
• Track marketing activity, referrals, referral trends, and outcomes.
• Assist with tours and follow-up with prospective residents, families, and referral sources as appropriate.
• Meet established marketing, referral, and census-development goals.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and healthcare resources throughout the assigned territory.
