Responsibilities

• Answers ACD telephone system for multiple OhioHealth hospitals using Amtelco.
• Directs callers to proper area or department and transfers as needed.
• Initiates emergency pages and notifies appropriate personnel.
• Responds to codes and alarms; maintains related files and records.
• Maintains on-call schedules and handles after-hours calls for clinical areas.
• Monitors security cameras to assist in safety of facilities.
