Job summary

Mission Healthcare in San Diego, CA is seeking an administrative professional to provide front-line support and help manage day-to-day operations.

You will answer calls, greet visitors, schedule appointments, process information, and assist leadership while maintaining confidentiality. The role offers full-time hours and competitive benefits within a values-driven healthcare group.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 2+ years of business experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in word processing, desktop publishing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages and schedule appointments.
• Provide assistance to leadership, preserving the confidential nature of which he/she has knowledge.
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquires.
• Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and providing instructions as needed.
• Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

Starting at $26.00 per hour, depending on experience
