Responsabilidades

• Lead daily collections operations with a focus on recovering significant overdue balances.
• Analyze aging, trending, and payer reports to identify risk areas and prioritize recovery efforts.
• Apply deep knowledge of optometry coding and billing to resolve complex denials and collection barriers.
• Manage, coach, and hold staff accountable for productivity and performance outcomes.
• Establish and reinforce consistent collections workflows, policies, and best practices.
• Partner with leadership to support post-merger integration and process improvement initiatives.
