Qualifications

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in the Private Pay department in a Central Business Office environment.
• Demonstrated success as a Private Pay Analyst.
• Experience in working with and mentoring team mates.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the team of Collections Analysts to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitors collections activities and provides guidance to staff.
• Communicates with patients regarding outstanding private pay balances.

Skills

Leadership skills

Knowledge of computer systems and applications, including Excel

Knowledge of NextGen Electronic Health Systems (EHR)

Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance reimbursement systems

Ability to communicate with patients clearly
