  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with internal and external customers.
  • Self-motivated with commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee coding audit projects, set timelines, and report progress to leadership and clients.
  • Answer client questions and resolve audit issues as they arise.
  • Mentor auditors and provide training on auditing tools.
  • Support growth of coding audit services through input on enhancements.
  • Lead client exit conferences and education sessions on coding findings.
  • Ensure consistency across audits and deliver high-quality reports.
