RVO Health seeks a security-focused professional to strengthen cloud security, application security, and DevSecOps across a cloud-native platform serving millions. You will drive vulnerability management, supply chain controls, and on-call incident response in a collaborative Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in application security, cloud security, or a related cybersecurity role
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles, architectures, and services (AWS or Azure preferred)
• Hands-on experience with cloud security posture management or CNAPP tooling, and driving findings to closure with engineering teams
• Experience building security automation, tooling, and integrations with at least one scripting or programming language
• Working knowledge of secure coding practices and security frameworks (NIST CSF, HIPAA)
• Experience in incident response and recovery

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls and architectures to protect cloud infrastructure, apps, and data
• Improve cloud security posture and vulnerability management program across engineering teams
• Build and enforce software supply chain controls across the developer toolchain
• Extend security into CI/CD pipelines, including AI-authored code governance
• Develop automation and integrations for security tooling and platforms
• Collaborate with Platform & Software Engineering to prioritize security issues
• Perform security assessments including code reviews and testing
• Participate in weekly on-call rotation for managed detection and response escalations
• Develop security SOPs and policies per industry standards (HIPAA, NIST CSF)
• Stay informed on latest threats and adapt strategy accordingly
