Work Health Solutions (WHS) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general upkeep and repairs in our medical clinic. The position is a contractor role reporting to ownership and aims to keep the facility safe, clean, and functional for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks, plus seasonal maintenance and coordination with external vendors. A high school diploma or GED and hands-on facilities experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in handyman, maintenance, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the clinic.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing issues, including faucets, toilets, and drains.
• Perform minor electrical repairs, such as replacing outlets, switches, and light fixtures.
• Perform minor painting and wall repairs to keep the clinic clean and professional.
• Coordinate with outside vendors/contractors when necessary.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
