Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.
• 3+ years of account management experience focused on onboarding or renewal.
• Experience in Benefits Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge and handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact during onboarding and renewal of accounts.
• Deliver proactive, personalized client service and anticipate needs.
• Build relationships with Plan Administrators, Brokers and stakeholders.
• Follow onboarding/renewal processes and SOPs.
• Educate clients on systems, tools, policies, products, and services.
• Own client issues from start to finish and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Experience, and Operations.
• Handle sensitive information with HIPAA compliance.
• Identify process improvements in onboarding/renewal workflows.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Client Experience Manager.
