Qualifications

• A year of relevant experience is required.
• Must have experience in an office setting.
• Must pass all state and federal background checks.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via telephone or email for support.
• Collect and enter requests for new services.
• Field client inquiries and handle complaints.
• Maintain client accounts and records.
• Ensure appropriate actions for clients' concerns.

Skills

Medical scheduling experience

Healthcare or Behavioral Healthcare experience
