Soleo Health is seeking a Client Liaison to support our sales team by streamlining referral processes and coordinating between field sales, patient access, and fulfillment partners in Tempe, AZ. This role helps Territory Managers with referral tracking and customer interactions, fostering strong relationships and efficient communications.

The position focuses on coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing referral platforms, and creating collateral to advance referrals while ensuring timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience.
• 3–5 years in inside or outside sales or customer service within a healthcare setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating with sales and operational teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by streamlining referral processes and coordinating communication between field sales, patient access, and fulfillment partners.
• Assist Territory Managers with referral tracking, customer interactions, and field activity support.
• Act as a liaison between field sales, patient access, and fulfillment centers to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor referral platforms and queues (e.g., Epic, Wellstar) and manage emails for new referrals.
• Facilitate meetings, create collateral, and handle logistics for internal and external commercial meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule field activity, prioritize referrals, and assist with prior authorizations when needed.
