Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Client Liaison to support the Sales team in the Southern region, streamlining referrals and improving customer relationships. This role acts as a liaison between field sales, patient access, and fulfillment centers, coordinating communications and meetings.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in healthcare sales or customer service, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years in inside or outside sales and/or customer service within a healthcare office setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong professionalism, problem solving, and inventory control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general administrative duties such as calls, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
• Assist Territory Managers with client relationships and referral processes.
• Help resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate communications between field sales, patient access, and fulfillment centers.
• Monitor referral platforms and queues for new referrals and orders.
• Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas and logistics.
• Support field sales activities and scheduling.
• Create customer collateral packages for territory managers.
• Transmit documents to referral partners and acknowledge referrals.
