Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; healthcare experience preferred.
• 2+ years in professional billing follow-up or healthcare revenue cycle operations.
• Knowledge of Epic EHR, CPT/ICD-10 codes, and denial management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely follow-up on outstanding professional billing claims using Epic workqueues.
• Research and resolve denied, delayed, or unpaid claims by payer contact via phone, portal, or mail.
• Review payer responses and denial codes to determine action for resolution and resubmission when needed.
