Qualifications

• 3+ years of network engineering or network support experience.
• Experience in the healthcare field (hospitals, doctors offices, clinics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment and Cisco IOS XE.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise network environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated network incidents and service requests.
• Configure, maintain, and support Cisco switches, routers, and wireless infrastructure.
• 60% operations, 40% project based.
• Perform network monitoring, analysis, and performance optimization.
• Support routing and switching technologies including VLANs, OSPF, BGP, and STP.
• Implement and maintain network security standards, ACLs, and access controls.
• Participate in network upgrades, maintenance activities, and change management processes.
• Create and maintain network documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 support, engineering teams, and vendors to resolve complex issues.
