Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and direction of clinical, financial, and operational activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care delivery.
• Manages gross revenue, expenses, and FTEs for the assigned business unit consistent with organizational goals.
• Interprets and develops patient care standards and allocates resources, maintaining fiscal discipline and accountability.
