Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a dedicated pastoral care professional to deliver spiritual and emotional support to patients, families and colleagues across our New Jersey care teams. You will participate in inservices, patient care conferences and crisis counseling while upholding our policies and standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Theology or Pastoral Counseling with healthcare ministry experience, and have strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Masters degree in Theology, Pastoral Counseling or equivalent with prior clinical pastoral education or supervised field education.
• Graduation level ability in spoken and written English; ability to communicate across languages is desirable.
• Experience: minimum of one year pastoral experience in healthcare ministry or related setting.

Responsabilidades

• Regularly provides pastoral services focusing on spiritual and emotional needs of patients, families, and staff.
• Conducts inservices and participates in patient care conferences and quality improvement activities.
• Available for counseling and crisis intervention for patients, families, and colleagues.
• Complies with Lahey Clinic policies and professional standards; collaborates with nurses, physicians and community religious leaders.
