Job summary

TriHealth Heart Institute in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Project Manager to lead designated change initiatives sponsored by a business unit or service line. This role provides day-to-day leadership, program management, partnership development, and oversight of project design, milestones, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated project management and project coordination skills.
• American College of Healthcare Executives
• 3-4 years' experience Professional Health Administration
• 1-2 years' experience Supervisor/Lead

Responsibilities

• Manages working relationships with team members and external stakeholders by building relationships, meeting milestones and communicating progress and results as indicated in the strategic plan and/or grant application.
• Creates and manages project work plans/action registers; including timelines and deliverables
• Organizes, manages, and facilitates stakeholders by establishing cross functional teams, resulting in an integrated final product that supports the goals of the grant.
• Identifies, captures and communicates strategic plan/grant metrics that measure the success of the initiatives outlined by the leadership team.
