Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older (required).
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification or enrollment in NJ CNA program (required).
• Experience in long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and hygiene.
• Follow resident care plans and complete documentation to support continuity of care.
• Conduct regular rounds to provide consistent, individualized support.
• Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility and adaptive equipment.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members.
• Communicate resident preferences to staff and report changes in status to nursing.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Current and active New Jersey CNA certification or enrollment in NJ CNA program

Age 18 or older

Experience in long-term care (preferred)
