Job summary

Marathon Health, LLC is seeking a Health Center Manager to lead operations of employer health centers, improving participant health, client partner satisfaction and clinic efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, backfilling vacancies, staffing with Account Manager, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving clinical outcomes. Requires an RN license and 5+ years of healthcare management experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN clinical license (RN, LPN or MA) with 3–5 years clinical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in direct employee management overseeing medical clinics or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members in assigned employer health center(s) and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Oversee operations, workflow and schedules to ensure productive performance.
• Provide coverage for vacant positions and backfill as needed.
• Collaborate with Account Manager to staff centers to meet client and patient needs.
• Implement and manage clinic strategy at frontline level as agreed with account management.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed across locations.
• Lead activities to improve outcomes, utilization, and clinical efficacy.
