Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. is seeking a Health Center Manager to lead operations across assigned employer health centers. You will oversee clinical staff, drive quality outcomes, and ensure efficient clinic performance.

Responsibilities include staffing, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with client partners and the Account Manager to meet service commitments. Spanish language capability is a plus in serving diverse patients.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in direct employee management or clinic oversight.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all team members in assigned health center(s).
• Oversee clinic operations, workflow, and staff schedules.
• Ensure staffing meets client and patient needs.
• Coordinate with Account Manager for staffing and client requirements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Perform or supervise audits of charts and records.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to support on-site clinics.
• Participate in client meetings and staff development.
